Hand painted coin cufflinks

Every coin is hand-painted by brush in the United States. The color is applied to accentuate the coin's existing engraving and is permanently set through a high-heat tempered firing process. This process is repeated after each new color is applied, and the coin is finished using a high density resin to protect and add luster to the delicate brushwork.

Each pair of cufflinks is hand-painted in the United States using genuine coins from around the globe. Coins are selected for quality and condition, and each is individually painted, set, and enameled entirely by hand. Using magnifying glasses and specialized brushes, artists add one color at a time to accentuate the coins' existing embossing. After each color's application, coins are tempered using high-heat firing -- often resulting in days of work for a single cufflink set. Lastly, to protect the delicate brushwork, the coins are set within a lustrous, jewel finish resin.
